People tell me i'm good looking but girls never pay any attention to me?

Almost all of my life i've been called cute, hot, handsome. People always approach me when they want to ask something it could be a 1000 people standing there but they always come up to me this happens almost everyday and i live in Sweden where it's strange to approach people.

Old people always start talking to me on the subway or bus, gay men intensely stares at me and winks or blow kisses to me i've seen some girls take photos of me in public one girl even posted on her Snapchat story a photo of me asking who i was, my friend told her who i was and she said i was the hottest guy she had ever seen. I've heard from my girl friends that they thought i was a 9 /10 the first time they saw me.

But still i have a really hard time finding hookups, girls rarely approach me in bars or clubs they don't even look at me it's almost like they avoid eye contact only milfs or cougars approach me they are really not shy about it either, some have just straight up put their hand to my chest and pushed me to a wall and started making out with me. But all i get from girls my age are occasional smiles or eye contact. I'm very insecure about my looks even though i get all these compliments i feel ugly or that i'm not good enough.

All i want to know is why girls my age (21) never cares about me or ignores me.

It may be that you’re not projecting confidence and that’s not your fault. It comes with maturity and experience. Once you have “it” you will approach girls yourself and will develop the necessary skills to get their attention and date them. Sharp clothes help too. Girls at your age are in their prime years so they are looking for a high value male who has a career and money. When you throw in confidence you won’t be having too many issues getting their attention.

To me you sound like one of the guys that to girls are too good looking to be single! When I see a really good looking guy I always think that he has to have a girlfriend or just not interested in me anyways because he has other "standards" or whatever haha.. Could also be how you're interacting with people, are you smiling and inviting in a way? That makes you more approachable and easy going in their eyes I think! A lot of the times it's about girls not having the courage to talk to you probably.

I don't feel that i'm good looking enough for anyone. I smile all the time i try my best to look inviting but when my friends and i stand in line to the bar or something they can start talking to a group of random girls but the girls completely ignore my existence.

This suddenly changes when i'm at a home party there could be 2-3 girls interested in me at the same time and they kinda compete for me. So i'm really confused about this

Either girls think you're taken or they're like me and prefer confidence over good looks. In my experience good looking guys have the worst personality so I tend to avoid them even for hookups. You need to have the charm and confidence, looks won't get you father than Instagram

girls are too busy looking for looks then looking on inside the heart and looking for good personality traits and they always ignores on your true self because they're too worried about your looks fading over time.

Never approached a girl in that way but when i start talking to them it doesn't really happen anything, special sometimes they smile really much sometimes they just give me the cold face no smile no emotions. I approached girls and asked for cigarettes in clubs and they look happy.
