How can I be a confident woman?

I do not mean confident as obnoxious or have a superiority complex.. I do not want that.. I mean a strong calm woman who believes in herself and does not get intimidated by other men or women

I believe in your mind being more powerful then you think it is. Telling your mind something you want over and over again until it becomes a reality is a very good plan. “Fake it till you make it” is what they call it now. Cause it’s true. If you look at yourself in the mirror every single day and tell yourself how ugly you are how big how dark how light how skinny, then you’ll always stay in that little bubble. Imagine all the days you wasted on that. Instead of looking at yourself and catching the good in you. Damn my eyes be so captivating. My hair on fleek. My confidence through the roof. Fake it till you make it. Watch how in no time you’ll be standing in a room full of people with your head high feeling and knowing you a bad bitch 👏 that’s how it’s done

Try this, in the area of your life that you don't feel confident in show that off to others to see how they react. If they react in a positive way then that should boost your confidence. For example, if its about your looks then dress up nice and go some place where the opposite sex will see you and see how they react. If you get whistled at then that means they like the way you look. If they hit on you then likewise. If you don't feel confident in one of your talents or skills then show that off on a platform or venue where others will see or experience that talent and see how they react. Lets say you didn't feel confident in your choice of clothing style, post some photos here (face blocked out for privacy) then request opinions. As that negative opinions include suggestions for improvement. Ignore deliberately insulting comments and make use of constructive suggestions then post new photos reflecting positive change and repeat until you get nothing but good comments.

If it was easy everyone could do it. It takes a lot of time and work. People can tell the difference between fake and real confidence it's something we're good at because our lives can depend on it.

If you follow some leader that's just faking it and then you're in deep shit and he crumbles then you're fucked so that's why we can just tell if someone is actually confident or not.

Most of confidence for me is just knowing yourself, knowing what you're good at and where you need help, knowing and accepting all of yourself and not feeling like you need to be better than you really are.

That's my understanding of it anyway.

It takes time.. and you have to try to put things into perspective. Understand that as a matter of fact you only need yourself in order to survive and that you are by no means inferior to the people around you.
