Someone told me that the girl I like genuinely seemed concerned i quit my job. She got me mixed up with another person who had the same name. But when she found out it wasn't me she was relieved. This person told me she didn't react like this to any other person who had left. They said when she thought I had left her behaviour changed and went very quiet, almost like she was in deep thought and wheel were turning.

It seems like she didn't want you to leave.
But I never left. Some other guy with same first name as me left. She automatically assumed it was me. When she found out it wasn't me she said " oh I knew they left"
She is also acting shy towards me though. We actually have spoken heaps and worked together for a while. Suddenly she shy with me for no reason
I get that you didn't leave, but when she thought you did leave, she was concerned. Seems like she doesn't want you to leave.
