Why does my friend always play the victim?

Every time my friend does something, she complains about the other person being mean etc. , and never takes accountability for her actions. She literally bitched about someone behind their back constantly and when confronted about it, she started crying and said “how dare they accuse her of that.” Well she did bitch about them I was there.

Now, she’s accusing me of not reaching out to her and telling everyone I’m a “bad friend”, when she herself never reaches out to me first. It’s like she expects for everyone to give her this special treatment, when she won’t do the same thing in return. Why is she like this and always plays the victim?

Some people are just like that and can be toxic to be around. I'd find others to hang out with.

I dont know but honestly she's probably in her head too much. All I know is this relationship won't last long at all just move on 🤗
