How to overcome jealousy?

Ever since my ex best friend gave head to the boy she knew I liked, my obsession started. He chose me in the end because her personality is terrible but I all I can ever think is she’s way better looking and I can’t compete and I see why he liked her at first …. Since the beginning she’s done everything to copy me (being totally honest she literally changed things about her ). She copies me but she makes it look better. I feel like trash… how can she literally be copying me but look 10 times better. How do I stop obsessing over her because no matter what she’ll look better and I need to somehow accept that but I don't know how …

Every time those jealous or other negative thoughts come to your mind replace those with positive ones I've been doing that for years now. My brother has 3 nice looking cars, I only have a old beater junk car and I don't remember when I felt jealous about it. If had a choice I would pick you I like small faced girls she looks nice. but in my opinion I would pick you if I was around your age though

Sounds like someone obsess over thing's that they can't do anything about.

Well if I take your advice , then I’m beautiful with or without my piercing :). And I still feel bitter because when I went blonde she bleached her hair and texted me just to show me a pic of her, when I stoped using makeup she showed me that she did too. Just recently I went back to brown and what does she have now? She went behind my back and went for the dude she knew I liked and still texts me like nothing happens , ofc I’m still bitter 😳
