as a Dominican who was born in the Dominican Republic and grew up to the Dominican culture most of my life I was unfortunate enough to be exposed to Romeo Santos since the day he blew up in 2002.

I always asked myself, how the fuck do women dig this guy's music? not only does he have the most annoying voice in music history but he literally sounds like a little girl!

last time I checked I always thought that women dig men with deeper voices like Barry White for example. I mean I actually seen it happen in my face, all the older generation of women I known or come across in my life such as my mom, aunts and their friends have always dig singers with deeper voices. but now all of the sudden I see women from my generation and younger digging clowns with girly ass voices that I ask myself do women hate masculinity this much nowadays?

every boy is born with a high voice before puberty and they are still male at that age even with a high voice. After puberty some get much deeper voices some less deep. Generally older people have deeper voices so older women will like their agemates with deeper voices is my best guess. When I hear a guy with a 'higher' voice I still think he is masculine and hot. Nothing to do with pitch if you're hot you're hot.
