She showed me interest then ignores me?

Met this girl in my sciences class in late August/early September of this year, she sat next to me the first day (she is the one that started talking to me) and we pretty much became friends, even thought we never saw each other outside of school, she was only a classmate but not a really close friend but now recently after showed obvious signs that she have liked me she suddenly started to ignores me out of nowhere and I didn’t do/say nothing wrong to upset her and I noticed that she will interact with everyone in class but act like I don’t exist😔But now I’m too nervous to engage a conversation with her to figure out what went wrong and it really hurts because I miss her and I have feelings for her and I know she have some for me too. Is she playing a mind game with me? Why she suddenly acting like this?

It maybe that she is conforming if you like her back or she is playing hard to get or she thought that she is annoying you. Talk with her normally like you did before. If she still ignores you then these are the possibilities:
- She lost feelings for you.
-She is playing hard to play.
-She got into some misunderstandings.

If she talks normally like before then these are the possibilities:
-She was checking whether you have feelings for her too.
-She thought that she became clingy and annoying so she was giving space.

I would suggest that you should talk to her. Communication is the key for a stable relation so don't get your hopes low without knowing the actual reason. If she still ignores you then ask her why is she doing it incase there are any misunderstandings. If everything came fine and she didn't lost her feelings for you then you both will be more closer too. See this as an opportunity to get close to her or knowing the real truth.

I mean she was calling me by pet names and being very touchy with me and she doesn’t use all theses signs with her other « male » friends so I assumed that she liked me

well maybe she doesn't know you feel the same way and she felt embaressed cause she obviously showed she likes you and you didn't do anything
gather the cpurage and try to talk to her, at least via text if in rl is too scary
