Can be any number of reasons, but the most likely one is that you were just texting, it wasn't going anywhere. You need to move things along if you don't want her to lose interest.

Rather than just showing up, you can suggest meeting up where she lives and see how she reacts. If she does anything other than meet up with you, you'll know she isn't interested.
