Can a girl like you but reply to your texts slowly?

I think this girl likes me from her body language and in person conversation. However, when we text, sometimes she goes hours to a day before replying to me.

When you're with her, is she on her phone much? Does she seem to be a big texter outside of you? I think that if she was super interested, there would be more INTENTIONAL effort. But it really depends on if she's a shitty texter in general

How slow you talking? 12+ hrs? All the time? She probably with someone else at that point. Or she’s working/extremely busy. From my experience, they usually aren’t interested or seeing other people.
