A girl who likes me a lot and then in one day, she acts distant and cold?

There's this girl in my year that suddenly started gaining an attraction to me. I've talked to her a bit and she constantly stares at me extremely frequently from the stairs (sometimes glances, sometimes stares), asks my friends where I'm at when I'm not there and acts very nervous around me. Just in one day, she stopped hanging out in the stairs and now hangs out elsewhere. When I tried to initiate a conversation with her she'd always be looking down on her phone acting quite nervous. Earlier this week, I was walking along the corridor and was going to say hi and perhaps talk, but she looked away as if she didn't noticed me. She also did this when I was about to leave school and completely avoided looking my direction. It was also 'shirt signing day' because it was my close to my final days. I asked if she would sign my shirt, which I signed hers but she looked extremely nervous and just laughed and said, "Maybe tomorrow." She still looks at me in assemblies a lot. I've been texting her and her energy is completely different, she seems a lot more excited via text and it seems when it was when I first texted her she started acting cold.

Which is hard to believe because she's nervous around you. You sure you're not taking it as disinterest? Maybe she did like you before but it doesn't seem to likely now

I'm not really sure, my friend told me when she walked past me that she looked me up and down and then blushed. A couple weeks ago. It's weird because it happened literally in one day.

I think she has someone tho. I do think she's attracted to you or have a little crush on you... but what do you expect to happen? Her approach you or are you going to ask her to hang out.

I was about to ask to hang out with her, until she just stopped hanging around.

Awh bummer. I think the best thing for this is ask for non confrontationally... ask her what's up, what's been going on. If she's been feeling down ask her out for some ice cream your treat

It's weird because I only see her with her girl friends and no boys. But I don't really want to sound to clingy when I ask xd

Lol yea dont ask her about it just yet. If you're in school her boyfriend could be older or even go to a different school. Ask her in person what's been on her mind. She may spill the beans and talk. That's when you ask her for ice cream or a treat and see how she reacts/replies🙂

She's probably really nervous. Or she could have lost interest in you. My advice would be to ask her about it. You have her number so just ask her if she's okay. Try to be really light with it, though.
