Girls that post flowers randomly on their social media. Genuine or fake?

I have a theory about some girls that post flowers randomly on social media, mainly younger couples in their teens and 20's. I have a feeling a lot of it is not genuine. I feel like some girls have insecurities about their relationships and when they get in a fight with their guy, the guy makes it up to them by buying them flowers. And then the girl posts the flowers on social media to make it look like they have a perfect relationship (of course we don't see the negative side of their relationship). I'm sure some dudes just do this out of kindness, but some just seem so random, forced, and seem to have an ulterior motive.

Does anyone have truthful experiences of this from either side of the guy or girl?
Thoughts? I'd like to hear different points of view
