Can girls tell the difference between someone who is arrogant and someone who is shy/nervous and not able to talk?

So yea basically there is this girl i have a crush on and whenever she’s around i get very nervous which makes me go quiet.

She once asked me “why do you get so nervous around me?” and i didn't know what to say so i didn’t say anything. She also said to me like 3 times that i’m always quiet but i never know what to say.

the thing is i dont want her to think that the reason i can't talk is because im arrogant. Is it easy to tell the difference?
