Why do girls find a guy being nervous cute for a short time and then later find it frustrating?

Is it because these guys don’t talk much and the girl hopes he does?

i have a girl friend who told me she likes a guy and finds it cute that he gets nervous, so she started to initiate convos with hi, saying stuff like “hi how are you”, asking about personal life, education etc.

she also told me that she made a move by asking him why he gets so nervous and has also asked him if he has a girlfriend. The guy said no. She expected him to ask her back if she has a boyfriend so she could also say no, but he didn't ask her.

after that she initiated a few more convos and now she tells me she is frustrated.

is it because the guy is too quiet? I think he does like her but is just too nervous and shy to say anything.

Forgot to mention she started to tell me in an insulting way that the guy has no balls. How do you go from liking someone to hating him?

They like communicative and and truthfully large personality. They want to be on “that guys” arm. Shy and quiet guys usually don’t fit that profile. Are you dating someone like that now?
