If a girl is drunk but she seems to want you to make a move on her, the obvious choice is not to right?

We went out drinking and had a great time together. She invited me to her apartment and to her bedroom but I was too drunk, she was even worse. I ended up calling an uber even after she said I could stay, mentioned I could even sleep on the couch or the other room if I wanted to

She seems to be a bit distant with me on some days since then, on other days she wants to chat and flirt with me a lot

We've had some hangout plans but she cancelled one of them and I couldn't get her a ticket to a concert I went to that she wanted to come with. We do have a lunch date tomorrow though. I don't want to think she's mad that nothing happened but a few friends say she very well could be. What do you all think?
