I moved to new city and going to clubs with my guy friends often going, i often notice girls checking on me or smiling at me with eye contact, but they seems in girls group so I’m lost with indecision.
Should I make a move and approach? I haven’t been to bars in last 8 years so I’m out of the game

It's important for you to be able to use deductive reasoning here at your age. You should know we can't actually answer what a random person's smile means. There's something you have access that we don't. You're actually seeing it happening in real time. A smile can mean many things. Take the last person that did this to you and use that as the reference. What do you think she meant when you saw her smile at her? What did you want to do as a result of seeing her smile at you?

Don't pick up girls in clubs just go to have drinks and fun. Try meeting girls who have similar interests if you like chess join a chess club and meet girls there like skiing meet girls at ski resorts. Girls who frequent clubs and flirt with guys for more booze are not worth your time. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME! Bar rats carry diseases. don't ever buy a women alcohol if she won't like you or date you because you won't pay for her drinks, she was just an addict trying to take advantage of you any way. She's saying it's safe to approach. You've probably seen a quite a few questions on here like "how do I approach girls in the street" or "is the supermarket a good place to approach girls". The usual response is "no it's fucking creepy".
