Does my coworker want me to quit?

My coworker is super friendly, and always helps me out at work. We don't talk much, but when we do, she keeps the conversation going. So I thought we were at least friendly with each other.

She says she likes working with me, but she keeps asking me if I decided to quit yet. And she even mentions other jobs that are hiring. It's weird, because she acts friendly, but then throws that out in a way that makes it seem like she wants me to quit. If I bother her somehow, I kind of feel like I'd rather quit anyway, but I'm not sure if I'm reading it wrong.

Your coworker is not your boss. If your coworker does not like it your coworker can leave. I think that you should ask her to stop asking the question and if she does not bring it up with HR
