I had this long complicated relationship with a girl I worked with. She confused me. Technically she was my supervisor but we’re close in age and would joke around a lot so I thought of her as an equal at work lol.
We started a building a nice bond and would talk everyday when she came to the job to the point where one day I wasn’t talking to her because I was irritable and she kept coming up to me and asking me to tell her what was wrong and why I wasn’t talking to her. Later on we also teased each other a lot. She told me she was gonna come to my house late at night and sing me to sleep after i called her annoying. I think this may have been when she could’ve developed feelings because she knew I had a boyfriend and we had problems and once I was texting him and put my phone down and she was like “that’s an interesting sigh”.
She also started to get annoyed with me being on my phone. I would call my boyfriend at work and once I called him while we were closing and leaving the store and when I told him I loved him back she told me to hangup and she got me in trouble for it!! She told the other managers and that was the beginning of a rift for us. She spent every shift after that trying to make it up to me but it definitely caused tension.
Later on there were some bitchy customers who said I was rushing them when I wasn’t and me and my supervisor were alone and she talked to me about it and consoled me. She said it was important to hear both sides then said she cared about me which surprised me. She told me she had to let management know because it was coaching but she wouldn’t say anything bad.
About a week later she told me she cared about me again randomly while we were alone.
She also was going a way for a while and wanted to take pics with everyone. In our pic she grabs me and gives me a huge bear hug. She clearly felt bad
Why would she keep getting me in trouble if she cared about me so much?

I don’t actually think she likes you as more than a good friend. It’s normal to expect someone to not make personal calls at work. And her commentary just seems normal to me.
You posted about her months ago? I don't think it was another person, this has a ring too similar to that Question I still remember.
