I am genuinely interested in what this means…?

So today I had a doctors appointment and she listened to my heart and lungs and after that she told me “everything sounds good except that you are nervous”. I am interested in what the second part means by her telling me the emotion (nervous), I feel even though I know how I feel like, what does she mean by this?
