Why a guy has to do all work. Chase her, text her first, give her enough attention but not too much, ask her out etc. Why girls feel like a guy has to deserve them. Or fight for them with others

I imagine it's a few factors. One, guys like to be the providers and protectors so they use this to show off how they can provide and protect similar to a lot of animals who want to mate.
Two, women need to be pickier about who they chose to sleep with as pregnancy is a real concern. We want to ensure that this person really desires us and will be there for us before we give ourselves to them.
That’s not true. A woman that doesn’t reciprocate energy to make communication and efforts equal in a talking stage doesn’t want to hold accountability on how her efforts matter too. That would make her a red flag
Exactly, relationships should be 50/50, not all on one person.
We get hit on a gazillion times a day. I don't chase after any guys.
