Why is this girl acting weird towards me (I'm female)?

We were all cool yesterday now that there is company a new friend around she's acting weird. Like I'm a bother to be around or something. It's weird. Or she don't want me around all of a sudden

Hmm that is strange. Hard to say for sure what's up with her. A few possibilities:

- Maybe she has a crush on the new friend and wants all the attention. Acting like you're in the way could be her strange way of making you back off.

- Could be something you did or said previously that put her off, even if you didn't notice. Girls can hold onto weird little things sometimes.

- Some chicks just act cliquey and territorial over their friends. Like they wanna be the "cool one" in front of new people.

Whatever it is, don't stress too much. Her weird mood isn't a reflection on you. Keep doing your thing and being cool to both her and the new friend. Maybe chat with some other girls too so you're not depending on her approval. If she keeps acting standoffish, then like whatever - not worth your time. Just play it cool for now.
