@Brainsbeforebeauty coworker talking about my top and how they fit and looks good with my boobs isn’t sexual harassment to me. Personally I took as advice and complement
And what if this has has been hatrassing her for some time but this is the first time she decided to report it. Interesting how the asker is just assuming along with everyone else that she is being a Karen when nobody know if he has been harassing her or not
@NotInterestedSorry okay you need to stop with the I’m assuming when YOU are… I’ve worked with these people for two years so yeah I DO know… she’s created problems with other people at work too, so again why don’t you stop assuming
She had the legal right to report him, but. . . as I tell my clients repeatedly, having the right to do something doesn't make it the right thing to do.
We’ll see, the last incident was on Friday, and I’ve worked since then (doing overtime) but neither of them have, but they both work today (our normal shift is Tuesday-Friday but I’ve been doing 12 hours on Mondays and 6 hours on Saturdays)
@Hispanic-Cool-Guy I agree. But isn't it funny how some girls crave attention while others don't want it? Now if some hot stud came along and did that, she would probably pee her pants with excitement.
Yes I did… I told both the management and HR that I didn’t believe he was trying to be inappropriate… that if she felt uncomfortable she could have said that, that’s the next day instead of him confronting her about reporting him he could have just said he wasn’t trying to be inappropriate and if she took it that way sorry…

I agree with you that she should first just stop him , not report him.
but yes should totally keep you out.
@Brainsbeforebeauty I used to work in law firm as a paralegal, and had few issues like those, but I never reported to HR.
I just told him , don’t talk like that if you want to keep your job.
They used to comment about my boobs.

@Brainsbeforebeauty
You as an editor, should I report everyone on GaG who talks about my boob or any body part,
And my beauty 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Yep 🤣
@Brainsbeforebeauty. Oh , where to start, hmm
Half of gag complemented my 34F boobs.
You should fire them 🤣🤣
@Brainsbeforebeauty can you dm me,
She jumped the gun on calling HR. She should have told him to stop and then if he didn't, then call HR.
That’s what I said
Great minds think alike.
Right 😊
The workplace should give the Karen of the Year Award to that feminist.
🤣🤣

Yes if you are uncomfortable relort it. You have a right to be comfortable in the workplace
Well they both made me and another dude uncomfortable getting into it at the table we were sitting at.. so then we should have reported them huh
Absolutely inappropriate conduct that makes people feel uncomfortable creates a toxic environment
She had the legal right to report him, but. . . as I tell my clients repeatedly, having the right to do something doesn't make it the right thing to do.
She should have sorted it out herself, she was way too quick to go whinging to HR,,,
And then women wonder why men don't flirt nor ask them out anymore.
As in your case, just make a counter statement? Tell them what you told us.
I did.. To the management and to HR…
Well then. All was said and done.
We’ll see, the last incident was on Friday, and I’ve worked since then (doing overtime) but neither of them have, but they both work today (our normal shift is Tuesday-Friday but I’ve been doing 12 hours on Mondays and 6 hours on Saturdays)
I think its petty but if she doesn't like being called sexy especially from a dude she doesn't like then it's her right.
And that man needs to learn to keep his mouth shut and leave people alone.
@Hispanic-Cool-Guy I agree. But isn't it funny how some girls crave attention while others don't want it? Now if some hot stud came along and did that, she would probably pee her pants with excitement.
@YesterdaysChild: Its her right to feel who excites her and who doesn't.
You didn't mentioned what you answered in the HR call di we all can Judge you 😜😂.

Yeah right!
That was absurd to report him for that
No, she should have minded her own business.
At least he shouldn't have involved you
He didn’t, she did
Oh sorry
I wouldn't.
