Guys, do you think most girls are naturally moody, or just moody due to certain situations?

Someone can be in a great mood, and then some killjoy comes along, says something thoughtless to her, and it gets her all riled up. Girls, you know what I'm talking about, especially when your boyfriend says something thoughtless comment to you about your looks or weight.

I think women are forever trapped in a world of anxiety because once upon a time, women had to be conscious of every action and word being said in a group.

If she became the outcast for some reason, she was as good as dead. To be the outcast is a death sentence in a primitive world.

So women are acutely aware of every social interaction. People's emotions and actions.

Women are constantly on the lookout for social politics and her standing within the social structure. She doesn't want to hurt anyone's feelings for example, who doesn't deserve it anyways, lest she draw the ire of the group and be cast out.

So women suffer from increased anxiety in general and especially social anxiety, for survival purposes that they are not aware of obviously.

So then the husband comes along. A person whose temporal spatial hierarchical relation to the group is a completely different dynamic.

Men are not hyper anxious about everyone's feelings like women are, for example.

Women see their hyper fixation on other people's feelings as "being considerate" of others.

The reality is they are trapped in a psychological hell of anxiety and fear.

The wife gets angry at her husband for not being like a woman. For not having a never ending anxiety which forces him to constantly think about one's own actions that could affect others in a negative way.

Since women see this as "the right way to be" women are frustrated with men for not being the same way.

They don't realize that they are just fucked in the head.

Well, in my experience I've found them to be moody in general. Ofcourse someone can say or do something to ruin their jolly good mood but more often than not I've found them to be lost in their own thoughts and ruining their mood themselves. Overthinking, perhaps.

I think everybody gets moody because of certain situations whether it's stress or pressure. I try not to take out my problems on other people and I leave it at home.

Too situational. So both. The hard part is keeping you from doing harm to yourself or others. It also very much depends on the individual. Some require large amounts of patience and understanding like my ex.

I also have those same challenges I have to deal with. It’s stereotypically fallen on men to be stoic, steadfast, and protective. It’s my belief women can be these things in their own ways as well.

I feel it's them not learning to handle their own emotions from life experiences properly. Then they say they don't know who they are as a person because the less desirable traits take over over time which develops a new reality for them instead of them learning to live the way they want according to who they enjoy actually being

Human beings can be moody for absolutely no reason……….. I got a brother who gets irritated by so easily and it’s not a gender thing.

Women have more hormones and more changes to those hormones so they get a lot of mood swings. that's what I think

You are correct, but what can they do. God created women for many reasons but they have so many things to do from childhood. They became moody.
