Obviously it would depend on who is giving the feedback. Say it’s someone you appreciate, it’s unsolicited and they’re trying to be honest. Would you be offended if they suggested changes to your hair, your clothes, your overall style?

I believe that you should have friends near you who will tell you the truth, quietly and when you are alone. There is a big difference between constructive criticism and bullying. Constructive criticism is really useful, it allows you to soberly evaluate yourself.

Totally agree. I welcome honest feedback and would hope that any friend would feel the same. Constructive criticism is meant to be helpful and beneficial. Unfortunately it’s sometimes perceived as hurtful or aggressive
