On average are men kinder than women?

I know that goes against the traditional stereotype, but in my years of experience working with all men and all women work groups I very much believe it. Women seem to turn on one another much quicker. They will be the first to report a subordinate for any mistakes. They bond faster but also place many expectancies on one another and become hurt and angry if they feel disappointed.

And guys would be shocked at how negative and demeaning they are in descriptions of their husbands. Men do not have the same intensity of negativism toward their wives.

Its an eye opener.

As a person that has worked with women, they tend to be very hard working and perfectionists, which can make them demanding of others around them. They really don’t expect anything more from someone that they don’t expect from themselves. My wife is very much like that, as well as my exes. I tend to be a little “slacking” at times and it drives them nuts! I see it as them being demanding and nagging but they see it as them expecting me to do no more or less than they expect from themselves.

It isn't that simple.
I reckon men are more likely to be honest with each other than the ladies are. But as to whether it is "kinder" or not, that is a lot more complicated.

We’re both human, and have our own average and individual ways of showing kindness. I’d say 50/50.
