I complimented her once while talking to her once and now she does that while still staring at me , like she won't let me talk to her but then she's staring at me, she knows I like her she has caught me staring at her multiple times I have caught her too it's confusing for me

If I were you I wouldn't waste my time with someone immature and wishy washy like that. Any time a girl is acting "confusing" or doing conflicting things, it's a good sign that you should walk away from that kind of person.

Girls like that are also the same types who will try to say to people later on that you did something to make them "uncomfortable" even though they had no issues about it before. Don't waste your time with that.
