What does it take to understand girls' period month?

Actually asking for helping my girl bestie.

Briefly, we been friends for 2 and half years and now, she asking ME to come over to her house and she's in pain, because her fiancee is away and finally the problem is, i dont know anything about your girls' period thing!

May someone give me some tips?

Update: All she asked was my company and i did time to time check your comments and did the same things. She says she survived another night with mild to soft cramps with my help. Emergency got taken care of. Thanks y'all!

I have never had an emotional reaction to my period cause my mood doesn't change that much if at all, and I almost never feel pain, the main thing I dislike is that I have to use up a plastic bag to clean up the mess and plastic bags could be used for more beneficial purposes.

Yeah you just need to listen and ask. Everyones is different, and she's been having hers for a while probably so she should know what to do.

If she's in pain and ask you to come over, maybe ask if she needs some pain meds or hot/cold patches or something? Or she could just want to hang out as like a distraction from the pain. I don't know

Nothing it’s simple. They have cramps they get moody and it’s inconvenient for them

Get her chocolate.
Get her a hot water bottle or a heating pad.
Don't wear anything with a strong scent.
