Thank you. I think most guys are doing most of these things already or strive to. This is stuff your parents and mentors, and coaches, have probably told you somewhere in life. I think some guys are just so fixated on the fact that a woman said it, rather than that they actually have any real legitimate problems with what's being said.
Again... LADIES... are you men? Were you born a man? Do you know what kind of shit men go through? How the hell can you tell a man what a "real man" is like, when you are not a MAN?
Can a man really tell a woman how to be a "real woman"?

Yes. Imagine a single father raising his daughter and all the lessons he has had to teach her alone on how to do just that. Imagine a mother raising her son or sons. Anyone can tell you anything... but it is ultimately up to you to put them into practice.
So as a father if i tell my daughter that vanity is a sin and a real woman covers up and tries her best to be the least provocative as possible or that a real woman's place in life is to serve men I'd be in the right? Personally I disagree, i don't know all the ins and outs of being a woman just as a woman doesn't know everything of being a man
I never write anything and go in expecting everyone to just love it and agree with it. You're a fool or really naive if you think that about whatever it is you have to say that is opinion based. As to the examples you listed, they happen everyday, and some of that could be the way certain women are or are raised to be in certain cultures.
We don't learn anything in a vacuum. Everything I know about being a woman was not given to me just by my own mother, or even my aunts, or other female friends. My dad and the lessons he taught me in his own examples about respect for oneself, pride in oneself, working for what you have, etc. came from him and seeing how men might treat and react to me from the male POV of friends and my sibling.
If this list can apply to everyone, that's awesome. It doesn't make it any less true for men whether I put people, women, or men in the title. My observations and opinions still remain the same in relation to real men.

Great take, not sure why some guys are bitter.

... lol, not that any of that gets you laid, but good anyway.
Can we get a ban on women defining men on this site? Good take or not, their opinion on the topic is less than a joke.
Meh boring more of that man are this... men dont care what others thinks man should be like... Especially what women think man should be like...
what is this trend of women tell guys how to be men
A real man doesn't allow self-serving women and cuckified white knights define what it means to be a "real man."
And this also applies to women too. But unfortunately, they're not going to listen unless you look like Spartacus or have a six-figure income.
Good take. I agree with all those points.
... I don't think women have that much pressure on them.
I don't ascribe to the 'real' man BS.
Go fly a kite.
I might just do that as flying kites are wonderfully relaxing, lol
Whatever you've said applies to all adult humans, not just men.
great take. i enjoyed reading it
Wow I have all of these qualities and girls at school still don't like me
A man has no name 😂😂😂😂 sorry this sounded like game of thrones
LMAO!! 😂😂😂

Also your points aren't very gender specific, most would expect a woman to have the same values

Thank you for agreeing with my point :)
How to be a Real Woman too.
This should be renamed "how to be a real person"
That's literally what I thought after reading it.
