Women can generally work around if a man has low self esteem, low confidence, lack of education, but these fours traits are a strikeout and a long look on your face sitting in the dugout if you have them.
#1 Laziness: A man can have literally 100 million dollars in the bank; but if a good woman literally always sees you sitting down, laying down, putting absolutely no effort into anything, that woman will not respect you at all. Women love to see men be active. Wheather at the gym exercising, going to work, doing home yard work, fixing something or whatever. It turns them on.
#2 Cowardness: I'm not talking about being a tough macho man that's into bar fights or any of that foolishness. Sure women will love and appreciate a man that will stand up and defend her if need be. But I'm talking about a man that is easily discouraged or gives up when life gets rough; He whines and crys like a little boy or turns to a booze and drug addiction if things are spiraling out of control in his life to cope. Women are turned on by men who keep fighting and won't give up in the midst of difficulty. It shows them you posses inner strength which can be rely upon.
#3 Bad hygiene: The last thing a woman wants to deal with is a grown man that doesn't have the 101 on proper hygiene. Make sure you visit your dentist for proper mouth care and wash your body properly and mouth on a regular basis. Nothing is more frustrating to a woman when a man opens his mouth and foul a oder comes out or just overall smells musty or a strange disgusting smell.
#3 Violent man: Look, if you're the kinda hot temper, nobody better not even dare to look at you, because you feel disrespected or threaten. Trust me, that woman will not like to be with you, especially in public. Because she will always feel uneasy and worried about being in an uncomfortable situation where it can get her hurt or even killed because of your violent temper.
#4 Deceptive man: This is a no brainer. Nobody likes to deal with a liar; More so women. Women often suffer from insecurities of all kinds; and dealing with a man that can't be trusted in a relationship is too much for a woman to handle. Women have a need to be vulnerable, it helps them feel more connected and in love if they can be. A liar pretty much shuts down that avenue with her. If she can't trust your word about your where abouts, simple questions etc the relationship is pretty useless at the point.

All valid and decent points I can get behind. Great Take! I'd say all of these are gender neutral other than cowardice because I don't think men think cowardice is necessarily an unattractive trait for women. Nobody of value wants to be with someone who is lazy, violent, unhygienic, or deceptive
i agree, except I do think (rational) men care about cowardice. cowards will lie and can not be trusted. they are easily swayed when there is adversity. its important to trust your partner.
@Analinda1999 I agree those traits in addition to cowardice would be a turnoff for a good man, I have met many respectable girls who are generally more cowardly than average but without the other negative aspects. The biggest example I see is how a lot of the girls I work with get too flustered working with attractive guys, so they hide in the back and make me do it. I'd consider this to be harmless cowardice and not necessarily unattractive. But you're correct that a girl whose cowardice causes her to stab people in the back or cheat is highly unattractive behavior
Millions of guys like you have been running around writing books and articles online about all of the ways guys should be. Apparently guys have to build a perfect structure of themselves while women do JACK -CRAP.

Honestly GraveTruth, i'd read an article like that because one of my theories is that in Most cheating situations, its usually the other partner that started it first. Thats why im almost never sympathetic to the "victim"... cheating doesn't just come out of the blue most of the time, and even if it does (because the person is just a shithead cheat), there's still a background story. I'd like to see one where it says "men not being authoritative to them"... i think i saw one like that a while back... try being a voice of authority to women these days lol... one of my favorite replies is "you dont own me" lol. sigh *wipes tear*... relationships are infinitely different.. just gotta find a mid ground in all of em.
