The solution? As if there is one and only one solution? Such a limited sight is certainly part of the problem.
This whole article is trying to make it look like this MGTOW topic is somehow isolated from one's every other part of daily life. Are these men committing suicide just because of this one issue? I don't think so.

Life is tough. Men who are MGTOWs are cowardly by taking themselves out of the game. If there is a battle to be fought regarding men and how they are mistreated, then fight it instead of becoming disengaged cowards! Or, better, realize that there was no battle and learn to be empathetic towards women (and minorities and anyone else who is not a white male). When you mature, you gain empathy and you can begin to understand others and make peace with them.

That is a movie but it echoed what happened and still happens. Yes, there is a change for the worse in some ways and better in others. In a nutshell, in both cases, it's freedom. We have more freedom which is good but we now have more freedom to remain immature and, which improvements in technology, be lazier and undisciplined not wanting to put in the efforts for things such as the work needed for relationships.
Being in the military, you understand and discipline and work. Continue to be that man. A MGTOW will not. Yes, relationships require two people and one may be lazy, undisciplined, and immature. But, there are those who are not - no matter what the generation or year. Don't give up but find that woman. Don't write them all off.
Me personally I’m not part of the movement but I understand the perspective; I’m not going to actively seek marriage because there are no benefits.

Many became MGTOW after things went sideways, very few guys are just automatically MGTOW their whole life because of a family situation.
No one is proposing it as a philosophy everyone should be involved in. It's understood that it doesn't make for continuity of the species, but it keeps you safe until culture and society changes. Like weathering a storm.

Well i consider myself a MGTOW, but really and honestly the main and most necessary principle of the MGTOW is the third one, or finding your purpose in life, while i am not strict about number one or two and if someone good enought to fit my lifestyle appears and i had a chance i wouldn´t dismiss it, number 3 is the real pillar of MGTOW and people that follow this path should focus on finding their purpose in life instead of bashing women in social media like Gag, reddit and so on.
For one thing, the abbreviation needs to be changed to 'WGTOW' -- wimps going their own way... lol.
