We made out, but Does he like me? Or was it just a "quick catch"?

So, I really like this one guy. I've liked him for a couple months now, and every time that I see him, at parties or even just normally at his work. He does something different.. Way back in the beginning of July I had a party and he came. He was a little drunk, but his friends tell me that on a regular basis when he's at parties he's loud, obnoxious, annoying. But this time it was different.. at my party he just sat beside me, talked to me, talked to everyone in a normal tone of voice. He kept trying to get my attention, and when he did he'd smile. He gave me his jacket when I was cold. But there was no conclusion, other then my friends telling me "he's totally into you!" .

Then after a couple weeks there was another party, he didn't know if he wanted to come, but I convinced him to. He came and drank, had a good time. Did as he always does, sit beside me and try to get my attention. Gave me his sweater cause I was cold. Then after a while we stayed up until 5 AM talking. Everyone by then, had already left and either gone home, or gone to sleep. Him and I stayed up for a little longer talking, then he moved closer to me ' because he was cold ' . Then after a while.. we ended up making out. But yet again, there was no conclusion.. He didn't say anything like "I like you" or whatever. We both went our separate ways and he said "text me later superstar". But I just wish there was a conclusion! I've asked my friends about this situation and they tell me he's not the type of guy to just kiss anyone. What do I do? Please help! Does he like me? Or was it just an ' easy catch '
