What do guys think when they stare into a girls eyes?

So apparently, guys stare in a girl's eyes because they want some and they think the girl is beautiful. Is it ever because they really like her, not for seduction lol. If so, How can you tell the difference?

If you're talking, he's probably just listening to what you're saying. Some people look you straight in the eye, others look around, and some do a little bit of both.

Well, that doesn't really change anything.
I made the mistake of assuming that a guy who did this was interested in me. In fact, I made that mistake more than once. Turned out, they just liked to stare. I don't mean that in a bad way. That was just a little idiosyncrasy of theirs.

Kinda yeah. He holds open doors for me and he will try to talk to me. He’s been doing this for two months.

Depends on his facial expressions. A soft smile just means he likes you.

An intense stare means he's thinking dirty thoughts

He has pretty brown eyes and black hair. My eyes are a tad lighter. I can stare back and every time I do he makes the stares longer and longer...

ok well its not a staring contest, if its going on for to long and its getting uncomfortable he obviously dont understand natural human behavior.

If you stare down any other animal for a period of time it starts to get worried, same goes with humans.

Also he is staring you down because he wants to fuck you, your pretty much just going to have to call him out on the staring even tho it can make things awkward.
