Guys, he never initiates to hangouts but when I ask he almost always says yes? Should I keep on texting him? He says he enjoys hanging out with me?

I've been seeing this guy for three months now and when were together he seems to have a great time but I always have to initiate the texts and hang outs? I stopped texting him on week and eventually he messaged me but that was it. Then, I asked him if he still wanted to see me and he said yes but that he wasn't sure where the relationship was going yet but he wanted to continue to spend time together and see.

I'm not sure what his intention are? And if I should keep on initiating if he says yes?

He's interested but most likely a bit shy, so I say keep talking to him. If it really bothers you tell him you want him to initiate more.
