Why guys disappear and than reappear when you are over them?

Been datig this guy for 3 weeks. Before he disappear he did a slow fade... I accepted it and moved on and now he text me act like nothing happened.. why are they doing this

Is that just for ego boost? Or he is scared of committment? If it's the latter how can I give him a chance without getting hurt?

He probably does that to many people as well. He mentioned he had couple of long term relationship. When I asked how long? He goes 1 year.. Anyway dating for 3 weeks he really should have done it by text or call to end things.. anyway karma will fix him.

Finger crossed! This might be silly but I can't help but think why he stay with those girls for 1 yr but not me.. may be he see that I'm not into that kind of life style he is.. he could be doing me a favor by vanishing.. but still he should have communicate like a grown up

I absolutely agree 100%. I sense you are dead-on. Always bear in mind that all things are purposeful, and happen for a reason. Though from what you've said, you probably already know this. Still, you are correct about him. He is not absolved from communicating in a respectful way. After all, do unto others... is indeed the Golden Rule. No escaping it. No, don't be down on yourself in any way. If anything, you are much more ascended in thought and action, as you don't go into Hate. Still, again I say you are sharper than perhaps you give yourself credit for. And smart too, as you know not to get involved further, and to just move on in Peace and with Growth from the experience. That's very wise in my opinion.

Thank you for your kind word. If I tell you I'm perfectly ok it would be a lie. Of course there is disappointment but it's the difference between losing 1 mil cash or almost winning lotto. this case is latter. Also going against a pro player I did well I guess.

Agree, no care or respect.. even for guys I went on one date with i let them know I only want to be friends to not lead them on. 4 dates he really should be telling me on the phone or text instead of vanish. It's very immature and lack of decency to vanish on someone, even for someone you met once, let alone someone you've been dating for 3 weeks. If he vanish that early on, he is not someone you can build a future with.

He could be back just for ego boost or he sees you as security blanket cos you seem like a very nice lady. I would suggest to stay away from him you can do better than this guy.

you dated this guy 3 week, he still exploring what he wants and you too, its not like you are marry, plus in a relationship, there will be time where have you both don't see each other for a while, i pretty sure down road, you want some alone quiet time. my advice here is everything is part of relationship even the small thing, its matter of you and your partner view of it

Surely I'm learning about him and I've learnt that he's a coward who doesn't have the decency and respect to let me know he want to end things. he simply vanish and then reappear. Also if you genuinely want to learn about the other person you would still touch base everyday like you used to.

I did like him, but if he just vanish like that things he said or did probably was not real.. so the person I liked probably is not the real him.. especially when someone saw him at swinger party... see below comments.
