Why does guy mimic me with stuff, is he into me or super comfortable?

Hi a guy who is work friend, seems to mimic me lots like if I sing song at work he will same song bout 1 minute later, he sits next bank to me.

His body language always kinda towards me, Chris will say randomly "don't get jealous now" and loud so others hear if he talking to another girl usually my friends there?

He came to mine to play cards and he rested his feet against mine but my boyfriend there but he luckily didn't see that, why do this and only to me?

Mimicking behaviour is subconsciously something that can show comfort with someone.

It may be a possibility that he is using this as a way to grab your attention, albeit in what sounds to be a rather immature strut. The other alternative might be that he's a bit 'feminine' if you understand my meaning; but that's just an observation as a man mimicking a woman's behaviour may reflect that dependent on the context of said behaviour.

Why not take a deep breath and ask him straight out? The old saying of a good offence being the best defence is wise in a situation where you may catch him off guard without his ability to premeditate on his response :)

I see what you mean he is very emotional as in he likes to be liked and centre of attention, but why only do to me mainly, he asks like who my ideal man is, when roubd my house really took an interest asking loads questions and being quite flirty, even though my boyfriend there, not touchy feely bar the feet but high fives and saying I look great, and seemed really comfortable

Hmm, perhaps it is different cultural norms between where you live and I, but high-fives would tend to be something more child-like than adult, and, assuming he is of a similar age to yourself, I'd be genuinely surprised if an "emotional, high-fiving, female-mimicking" bloke didn't have some sort of sexual identity crisis...

I do find it an alien concept for a man to ask a woman who their ideal man is as well, would you not agree?

But he has girlfriend too but I was one he came too and confided in as close to breaking up, he always said don't date co workers and telling me to maybe work elsewhere to progress all weird timing, but then said never date me very randomly and said he don't know why said it... Now back with girlfriend and he says still unsure but craves my attention, he is very kind guy and kinda touchy-feely but not doing that surely... also he asked what's my ideal man before and compliments teases etc

But in past says we very very very good mates as he got girlfriend too it won't happen with us but only craves attention etc off me do guys do that and ask what sexual positions you like and ur ideal man is if just friends? I don't know?

He wouldn't ask theese questions and behave this way, if he was not interested in you. Assuming you both are not single, he should be a bit more restraint. Just not to ruin you relationships.

But why say never date you but carry on acting like this, as before for instance nights out he would kinda flirt bit as flirty n very nice guy friendly , to other girls at work but now he barely chats to them and only to me and buying me drinks, but that could be because am just a friend maybe?

He does not touch me loads bar the feet thing, but hugged me randomly saying miss me when off work, and says I look good for my age as 5 years older than him, it's just strange I don't get it and now don't reply to texts agai.

He definitely wants you. If this makes you feel uncomfortable, just say to him, as him why he acts this way, when you have boyfriend and this can cause problems. Be straight.

Am not uncomfortable as such but confused guess, nice to have attention but why randomly at work say you won't be my girlfriend it hurt my feelings as said it won't ever happen, but then does all this stuff to me, it's like he trying to convince himself, and I text friendly text he don't reply again and strange back with his girlfriend it happens as when more or less split up he did, I could be reading to much into it but like you say a friend has a laugh etc but asking stuff he does is strange

When he says "u won't be my girlfriend", he provocates you to deny it. He likes you and he wants you, for sure. If you are ok with it, than just calm down and enjoy, otherwise tell him it's not ok, become colder to him.
