It's always a good thing but to decide between flirting or casual there are other factors.
1. Were you saying things other people would find funny or was she caught in your spell?
2. Does she laugh at everything?
3. Was she smiling enthusiastically?
4. Touching involved?
Yeah...it depends on the way she said it. If she said it while laughing really hard than she may not be into you, but if she said it while smiling and keeping a direct eye contact than she is intentionally flirting with you. :)
Just a comment people make when someone is funny, making them laugh. It could be a way of flirting but mostly its just saying your funny, hilarious. That's all
