I go to this program of students just like me and every I mean every single girl shows almost half of their chest and I get distracted from my work.

I'm trying to do my work but I look up to think for 1second and pow boobs I told my teach to tell the girls to wear clothing properly he said he would try but if they didn't there's nothing he could do.

No one listened and I'm trying to work and for the 2% of girls who don't show cleavage wear tight shirts you can see bra and everything it's worse if the girl isn't wearing a bra with a tight shirt
.. so is there any way to stop?

I'm trying to study here, and I don't want to bore you with the mountains of biological research on human sexuality on why what you're doing is triggering an automatic and involuntary reflex that is simply distracting me from what I'm trying to focus on for school."

You: "Well, honestly, I don't know. You see, I would first have to actually want to do something with you sexually in order to me to tell whether there's a part of my brain actually stopping or controlling myself from acting on that instinct. But since I don't really feel that first part going on at all when I look at you, I don't really know whether it's even gotten to the level where I'm controlling myself. But, what I can't control is 10,000 years of evolution that's designed to scan the room in search of optimal mating opportunities. That's like me spraying your face with pepper spray and telling you to not cry or feel pain, or injecting you with general anesthesia and telling you to stay awake and conscious. The biology of your body and wiring of your brain is already designed to react and respond to certain stimuli from your environment. So, all I'm asking for is for you to be "RESPECTFUL" of that and "CONSIDERATE" and to please reserve your self-esteem boosting activities for some place outside of school, if you think your need for self-esteem is perhaps outweighed by your fellow students' need to not be distracted and be able to give their full attention and focus to their education and studies - if that's not too much to ask of you; thank you."

You poor bastard, while you are at it you should tell the dining hall to make the food more bland so that you don't crave it any more and tell your friends to be more boring during the weekends so you don't have to be distracted by looking forward to them.

Snap an elastic band on your wrist whenever you see boobs. You'll become pretty averse to them pretty quickly.

They will always wear shirts that are comfortable in. If you can't do that, then you need to talk with your parents and tell them that you need to change programs.
