What does it mean if a boy keeps kicking your foot?

this boy has been my friend for about 2 years and were good friends.

This is boy was with us, and I was sitting on the floor and my friend was standing up reading the words out, and he was there, and he started kicking my foot, with his foot for some reason!! He did that for about 1 minute. What does that mean and why would of he be doing that?
