This guy definitely gave me a vibe that he likes me. He stares at me all the time and when I catch him he will start brushing his hair or cover his face and look away. I don't know him too well but we've spoken before and he always is around me. I could tell he tries to get my attention sometimes as well. I decided to do something I would never do and follow him on social media, he accepted me but never followed back. And I'm confused now, is this a negative sign?
