Customer gave me his number, what does it mean?

So i work at a coffee shop and for a while now have had the feeling that one of my customers has a crush on me. Well today before he left he came back to the counter and addressed me by name and said "this is for you" and handed me a peice of paper. It was his name and number. Is he serious or just dropping his numbers off at coffee shops?

He's probably serious... You've had the feeling that he's had a crush on you for a while now, so it's not like he's just some stranger passing through. He sees you every day or a few times a week or however often and he finally took the chance and gave you his number.

He knows it will be awkward if you're not interested, so he knows he'll either have to face you when he's getting his coffee or he'll have to find a new place to go.
