Why he would compare me to his sister?

Ok, there is this guy I really like. Recently I gave him a note telling him that I like him. Well when he read the note he told me he would show it to his sister and his friend.

He invited me to dinner, asked my number and somehow he ended up telling me that I was always helping him keep track of things and focused like his oldest sister. He then mentioned how she was super strict helping him keep focus and he kept saying that it was like me...

Anyway, it's been like 2 weeks and he never called me or text me which obviously confuses me (at the time I was so nervous I forgot to ask his number 😔😞😢😭)
