Hahaha that's true, but I LOOVVEEE techno, electro, indie, house and anything that's good, but I really hate hip-hop and all that other crap people like to listen this days, it makes me sick, but yea you do have a point though.

I really don't like "mainstream" music at all! But it sure seems that to most girls, it's all they listen to.
Could be that I am a music major, and mainstream music bores me, but still. I listen to "waaay" out there music.

I don't know if the majority of girls listen to bad music... And also, it's all opinion. What someone loves, you might hate. Hey, they probably think YOU listen to sh*tty music.
They simply do not know any better. If their only criteria for what's "good" is that it's something that they can relate to or is simple, then yeah, you're probably right; it's way better than complex music.
