What does it mean when a guy checks you out repeatedly in public?

I've experienced guys glancing at me once or twice then I've experienced guys glancing back at me constantly like literally looking at me for a few seconds looking away and doing that repeatedly. Why do guys do this lmao... girls are way more discreet.
FYI- they never approach but i've been told I have RBF syndrome (aka resting bitch face) LOL.

I've done this. The idea is to get the girl to catch you checking them out and then gauge their reaction. Often you can tell if a girl doesn't want to bothered, maybe you look like you don't want their advances? I'd say just smiling back and then looking down away could do it. But a lot of young guys are still working on their ability to approach a girl. It says you're 18, if they're around that age, they are probably still working on their confidence. And then of course there are just a lot of guys that just want to check you out but have no intention to approach, but I don't know why those guys wouldn't be more discreet.

It just means they're physically attracted to you and probably too scared to approach or unable to cuz they're committed. But yeah, generally I make it a rule that if a girl catches me looking, to approach within seconds. Cuz there's a certain point if a guy doesn't approach, it just becomes creepy rather than confident.
