'Shy guy' and his behavior really pissing me off?

I was pretty sure this guy at work likes me, a lot of body language and his behavior says it all. The other day, he was OK with talking to me and he was confident and talkative when his friend was around. Today, he drives on a (John deer vehicle) in front of my window at the concessions stand but walks over to the other girls window just to get coffee. The last time he did something stupid like that, it was his day off and he walked past my window, looked me right in my eyes, I got pissed and walked over to the other window where he was and "said it's just me here!" He goes "oh I didn't see you in that window". Also today, he has a full blown conversation laughing and joking with the girl I'm working with in here. I could just brush it off but it's pissing me off so bad. Especially because they act like I'm not here. I hate this bitch behavior.

He's not interested in the other girl. It's his lack of interest that makes it easier for him to talk to her. The reason why he went to the other window and avoided the OP is because he really likes her. But also, a lot of this behavior seems to come from the ego.

He doe not want to show her how much he cares, but this energy still needs to go somewhere, so he dissipates it by talking to the other girl that he's less interested in. The more the OP reacts, the more his ego will respond... but he may not be conscious of any of what I've just described at all. To be conscious requires a determined effort.

What you will find is that he will stare at you, keep long eye contact, deep eye contact, but for the most part, he will totally ignore you, keep away from you, keep a distance and end up being rude or short.

Yeah, I talk to him. When I first started working, he completely walked by me looking while the night supervisor and everyone else introduced themselves. I have to initiate conversation to get him to talk, he'll seem interested in conversation when I do

No, he does it everytime. I work with different people each day, one was even a guy and he went to his window to get cleaning spray

Although, if he is picking up on you being upset with him, then it's going to make him think that you don't like him, which will lead to him avoiding you more.

I was going to ask him why he avoids me but I figured it'd be weird or freak him out

If his actions are upsetting you, then let him know.

Otherwise he'll keep doing it, and things won't get better.

Sounds like he likes the other girl. And based on your other response. Why the hell would a guy try and make a joke out of not talking to his crush? You said it yourself he's shy. He probably accidentally gave you the impression he likes you and may possibly actually like the other girl

He has done that with everyone I work with around me including a guy

Chill out and stop overthinking it. Until he makes a move assume nothing. If you like him that much then YOU make he damn move.
