Hi. I have this really close friend and we talk on the phone almost once every 2 days. We would talk about literally anything under the sky and at some point of time, we talked about relationships and the opposite gender and their body parts. He and I both have been singles since birth. (LOL.) So, it was then onwards when he started asking for permission to touch my boobs. Reason being he was curious. Although he didn't do anything yet as I didn't give my permission. This has been going on for 3~4 months, and he asks for permission at any chance he gets and said that he would do anything I want him to do (if it is in his ability) if I allow him to touch it once.

Just wanted to ask what you guys and girls (mainly guys, cuz I'm curious about a male's perspective of how things work) think of this? Is it normal? Also, what are his real intentions behind this? Is he genuinely curious, or does he like me or what?
