Well I'm not speaking for myself or all the guys but some. It's called power play, there are men that like to take control over a woman who he veiws worth dominated over her innocence. It's a turn on for them because he wants to make the well reserved woman into his personal reserved woman. It's self satisfaction. Because for a man a woman who has few to no sexual partners is preffered. The reason being is that if she gets pregnant he doesn't have to question the paternity, its his and their is very little probability it would be some one elses. You have to think in terms of biology, this is why women don't mind a man who has had a few partners generally speaking because a woman never has to wonder if a child is hers or not, the man on the other hand does.

From my perspective I think it has a lot to do with how men are portrayed in society and it's an almost 'powerful' feeling to end up being the first one they share that intimate moment with. It just feels meaningful to me. Having never been intimate with a guy until me makes me feel special, accepted, attractive, valued, important, etcetc. And well, sleeping around is super unattractive anyway, it's gross to picture a girl with other guys and virgins completely navigate around that.
