Do any guys like hardworking girls anymore? I worked my a** off to get a good job and make a life for myself , yet all the guys seem to be interested in the wild, drunk party girls who can't even screw in a goddamn light bulb by themselves and expect the world to be handed to them on a silver platter. I'm well educated, fairly good looking, have a great career, and I think I have a good personality. Why must the guys go for dumb sl*ts?

I do like a woman who can clean up well and look sexy, but honestly I also really do like Rosy the Riveter! A woman doesn't have to pump iron (goodness, I don't!), but a willingness to engage the world (and not just the dance floor) is something I find very attractive. I read your post and your response to the guy below and to be honest; you're intimidating. Guys like some fun, but most of them won't start a relationship with a drunk and stupid girl. However, you seem frustrated and I think you are a feminist. Who the heck cares that you made a career? So many guys do that too, you make it sound like guys must like you because you're hardworking? I think I may have worded my question wrong. The reason I said that I've made a career for myself is because, most of the girls I know rely completely on their boyfriends, or their parents money. Also, I'm not some crazy femenist lady, I just think that a girl should have a little independence. I'm not one of those women who says " I don't need a man! because I'm independent!" I'm just sick of all the girls in my area that live off daddy's money and think they're better than everyone else.

I always date smart girls. I can't stand dumb ones...I love to have an intelligent conversation with my significant other.
