My boyfriend has two different snapchat accounts. Why is that?

So I have instagram and was talking about it with my boyfriend and he mentioned he had it to but it was to mainly follow body builder and workouts. So it seemed like he was saying lowkey “theres no reason to add to much because im not as active on it” Well on his bio on his instagram just says his snapchat username. Which is what i have added on my snapchat. Just now i checked it, there was a different snapchat account name. Im not sure why he has two snapchat accounts but it makes me wonder. Yeah I could ask him but I dont want to be that girl that is like over protective to much or annoying. Anyone have any ideas why he would have a second account?

E: Spam for phone games, ones that have you follow their instagran/snapchat for a free premium currency.
Or you could just ask him. In my fami, we have a rule about social media. If we have an account for it, there had better be a family-friendly version.

He could have just followed so many accounts that he wanted to divide it into famous people or other entities he follows, and the people he knows personally. I never even check people's feeds anymore because of how cluttered it is

I don't know but I was seeing someone who said they did not have a snapchat and I found he had one after we broke up and I was so pissed I am still not over it. I think what bothers me the most is he was keeping me out of a part of his life

If they're both active, I think you know what that means. If one is old then he probably just forgot the password or got locked out or something like that.
