My boyfriend likes variety?

Me and my boyfriend were talking about types like what my type or ideal is etc. Then he says I don’t have a type and I asked what he means and he said I think every female is hot to be honest. And that kind of hurt when he said that. I feel like I’m just in that majority to him like I just came along and he was like “yeah cool whatever” and just went with it. Then he went on saying he thinks every female is attractive not beautiful but “hot” and I just don’t understand. It makes no sense to me , it makes me feel kind of insecure and not loved that much anymore if that makes sense. I think his the most attractive person I’ve ever met let alone he is my type in every single way, I am only attracted to certain people he is attracted to every female being. Thoughts everybody please?

Ultimately it's far more important to be attracted to the person's personal qualities, and I think that is what he's trying to convey.

He's actually more accepting, which is good. Think about it - if he had one "perfect" type, and you fit that type *now* that will not *always* be so. You will age out of his "perfect" type, but you won't age out of a guy whose attraction is flexible.

Nothing wrong with that. I'm attracted to different women regardless of physical appearances since everyone has a unique physical feature that makes them stand out. But for me it's the personality of the person that makes me fall in love with her.
