Both things should be common sense and good manners. If there are no free seats when a person asks to sit down beside you then you should make room.
I think ladies she should put the toliet seat up for the guys an vise versa.
Yeah, I see shebagging all the time. People just don't care. That's what should be illegal. Do not be in way of someone else. Get your fat ass away. People don't get it.
I'm just glad I don't use public transport so I don't have to deal with this stupidity.
And what about minding our own business AND when there is no other place to sit just politely say to the person "move your ass and your stuff bitch you're not alone here and you don't owe this bus!!!)
Spreading your legs shouldn't be illegal and neither should putting your bag on a seat. If somebody wants the seat next to you, I think you should move your bag and/or stop spreading your legs as much.

Men sit the way they sit because of the way the males pelvis and hips are designed. Making it illegal is frankly degrading and insulting.
LeeKenz said it best. My reproductive apparatus is external and if I sit with my legs at less than a 40 to 45 degree angle for an extended time it is very uncomfortable.
Male reproductive gear is external. if I sit on a hard seat with my legs separated by less than 30 degrees minimum it quickly gets uncomfortable. It's anatomical, not patriarchal.

Magic words "Can I sit in here" and that person will take those bags or sit properly. This whole subject is a total joke.

To be fair, generally for men their hips rotate outwards while women rotate inwards. Men can spread their legs but please be considerate to others. Same goes for women and their bags!
