Does cuddling with a guy friend mean that there are feelings?

(Were in college btw) I have a really good guy friend that I’ve only know for about a month but I feel like we have gotten pretty close in that time. We love to cuddle, we don’t do it much around other people but I spend the night with him a lot. There’s nothing sexual about it at all and he has never even tried anything. We just enjoy being close to each other, but while we’re sleeping he’ll do the skin trace thing in my back, play with my hair and kiss the top of my head (I don’t thinks he knows that I notice him do that tho) and I can’t help but wonder if there might be feelings there?

Ehhh... feelings are probably there. Probably. Not necessarily though. I used to cuddle with some other girls (didn't kiss 'em on the forehead though) and there were no feelings I had for them, like deeper feelings. If he's kissing you on the forehead though, he probably likes you. Stop teasing him because that's probably killing him.

If I guy touches your back/neck/hair he most likely has some feelings towards you. Cause he is probably nice/awkward enough not to touch more sexual parts like legs or to hug you by your belly. He seems nice

He does both of those though. If I am laying on his chest he will touch my hair, back, arm and hold my hand but if we’re spooning then he wraps his arms tightly around my waist/belly and touches my legs (this is also when I usually catch him kissing my head)
